What is my goal?
My goal is to have satisfied clients who return to me repeatedly. That is why I prefer quality over quantity. I do not try to have hundreds of properties in the offer and do nothing for their owners and the sale itself.
On the contrary, my strategy is completely different. I work with a smaller number of properties, but I approach sales actively to give my clients the maximum and help them sell their property in the most effective way.

Behind every property is always a person with their own story, so I first try to find out and understand their situation and needs.
A personal viewing of the property and location is a matter of course, so I can discover all its advantages and possible shortcomings, and then set the right sales strategy.
Based on understanding the needs of sellers and analyzing the property, I will set the sale price and sales strategy so that we achieve the sale within the defined requirements.
Homestaging plays an important role in sales. People often decide based on first impressions. With homestaging, we can highlight the advantages of the space and make the apartment/house visually attractive. Statistics show that with homestaging, properties sell up to 50% faster, and the sale price increases by more than 6%.
I present properties through online presentations and paid advertising on the most watched real estate portals, as well as using social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) and various marketing campaigns.
Many times, the ice breaks right at the viewing. I do not work as a door opener, but actively introduce buyers to the property and at the same time find out their needs and desires. I use years of experience in sales and apply knowledge of sales psychology. My aim is to satisfy both parties.
